T-shirt Sale:
Year t-shirts will be for sale. Students will have the opportunity to purchase shirts with their graduating year on the front and their classmates’ names on the back. Cost will be between $5-$8, depending on the number of students ordering shirts.

Giving Trees:
We will be collecting items for 3 charities for the holidays. We will begin collecting today and continue to collect until the Christmas dance.
- Alpha Women’s Center
- Money, baby clothes, baby items, maternity clothes, baby food, etc…
- Grand Rapids Veterans’ Home
- Money, gift cards, scarves, socks, slippers, sweaters, pens, pencils, paper, stationary, lotion, soap, hankies, hats, gloves, etc…
- Lake Haven Animal Shelter
- Money, Cat food, dog food, dog toys, blankets, paper towel, plastic spoons, rubber gloves, bleach, Q tips, cotton balls, - etc…
The students are welcome and encouraged to bring in their donations as soon as they can. We don’t want to wait until December to get started. If parents would like a receipt, let me know. The student council will be doing some community service during the month of December. So far we are wrapping presents for the Middle School. We are looking for other events.
